HY-TOWER SL 2 de DONOVAN

HY TOWER SL is designed to meet the industry's need for a simple, affordable and SAFE Tarp Covering System.
Standard Features are as follows:

• Elevation of the tarpaulin to a height of 4.7m above the chassis, which allows all containers up to  30 cubic metres in size to be covered from the ground.
• Framework in extruded aluminium

HY-TOWER Air is designed for more reliability and efficiency. This gives the operator a completely independent trailer by attaching the system directly to the trailer's air supply:

Container carrying trailers become completely independent of the tractor and can be attached to any chassis, which then no longer needs a special electric power line. The HY-TOWER AIR is connected directly to the air system's compressed air cylinders.

The system weight, price and installation time on a trailer are the same as for a HY-TOWER with a hydro-electric pump. (However, you save the cost of the dedicated electric power line on the chassis).

HY-TOWER Minute is a standard HY-TOWER (powered by an electric or pneumatic pump) using a woven mesh without reinforcing straps, which allows covering a load in between 1 and 2 minutes. Ideal for some types of waste which do not require reinforced covering such as non-hazardous industrial waste or vegetation.

HY-TOWER is also excellent for Chain Lift Skips and allows covering from the ground in complete safety. Click here for some examples of it being used on these types of containers.

 

2000SR de DONOVAN

The 2000 SR Tarp Covering Systems can be used on any width of waste skip up to 7m in length.
The systems are simple to install and use. Cost of maintenance is practically zero.

Cover your waste and hazardous materials quickly with the Donovan SR 2000 Tarp Covering Systems.

Simple to use, all you have to do to cover the material is draw the tarpaulin over and secure it. To uncover, the spring activated roller retracts it automatically.

ECOBACHE de SIPIM

Covering system for removable containers: simple, easy to use, allows covering of containers from the ground in complete safety in a few seconds with minimum fuss.

 

SIDEWINDER II de DONOVAN

 

SIDEWINDER II is an automatic covering system for transfer semi-trailers.

Since the covering and uncovering time is only 40 seconds (20s to cover, 20s to uncover), the time saved compared to normal covering procedures is very significant.

Since uncovering is only performed from one side, the other side is kept completely free and can be used without risk or danger from any of the mechanical systems. A single telescopic arm powered either by an electric pump or the trailer's hydraulic system minimises the risk of a hydraulic fluid leak.

The plastic mesh tarpaulin can easily be repaired with tie wraps.

Standard Features are as follows:

• Installation by two men in one day (about 16 hours).
• Opening of the cover: either on the driver's side or the kerb side. (Specified at time of order).
• Fits all types of trailers with either rounded or square corners
• Kit Weight: 300kgs approx.
• Adjustable for all trailer lengths from  3 m in width to 13 m long.

TWIN-FLIP de DONOVAN

Twin Flap covering system for large sized trailers.

The TWIN-FLIP allows safe covering from the ground in 15 seconds thanks to 2 separate and independent flaps.
The two hydraulic jacks powered by two power supplies allow motion of each flap to be stopped at any moment. (For instance, this would allow it to be opened up against a wall).

Standard features are as follows:

• Kit Weight: 300kgs approx.
• Adjustable for all trailer lengths from  3m in  width  to 13m long
• Quick Fitting on all types of large sized trailers with rounded or square corners.
• As Standard: delivered with solid tarpaulins
• Optional: delivered with mesh instead of solid tarps
